You have to have a video card that supports it or two video cards. Right click the desktop. Click properties, then the settings tab. You set it up here. Easy.

First off you need a video card with dual connections or 2 video cards.
1. Connect both monitors
2. Power on puter, right click blank area of desktop, click properties, settings tab. Under monitor picture will be a drop down box, select 2nd monitor apply and exit.
If you have a quality video card, you will have a software manager located in the advanced button, or Catalyst control center.

plug both monitors in.
restart your computer.
right-click on your desktop and go into Display (or Personalize the Display Settings if you're on Vista).
On the Monitor tab, choose which setting you want (stretch the screen or duplicate it).
Apply.
You're now using two screens :)

Check to see if you have dual input on your video card. If not you can run two monitors using s video.

Yes if your modam have two ethernet cables plugh in points than u can use two monitors its that easy ans simple.
