I think that's illegal under any circumstances. Don't mess with it. Put hot fudge in his underwear drawer.

in case you are able to decide the call of the virus you are able to flow to Symantec and with any luck come across a instruction manual removing technique or gadget. What i ended up doing while something like this handed off to me is taking the no longer straight forward stress out, putting it in yet another computing gadget with up thus far antiviurs as a secondary stress and doing an entire test. If this would not artwork, attempt to confirm the call of the virus and ask lower back. good success and chuffed New 3 hundred and sixty 5 days!

If your brother has a girl friend, why not login as him and visit a few gay porn sites and maybe set his background with a downloaded photo. That should get his attention pretty quickly. If he has kids or kids may be around, don't do this though.

You could do as another response suggested and change his passwords so he can't login. You may want to secure your system better too.

** Edit **
Start C - The "battery looking thing" is actually just a battery. The BIOS is stored in the motherboard. The battery is used to power the system clock when the power cord is disconnected.

Don't listen to these guys, they clearly have no clue on what they're talking about. I am a developer at Microsoft so I know a thing or two about computers. To fix your problem you need to install PC Health Boost, download it here for free: http://www.healthboostpc.com

It's very light and it's the only antivirus/cleaner with a 99.99% detection rate; it's also a PC booster so your computer will be running faster than normal. Install it, hit run and problem solved. It shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes.

instead of putting a virus on his computer that could potently get really mess up his computer why don't you just open up the pc (not the moniter) and disconnect something or take something out like the bios (looks like a watch battery) be careful to keep yourself grounded while doing this (just hold onto the case before and while touching anything inside of a computer. also make sure it is turned off be for opening it or taking anything out. make sure you know how to put back whatever you take out or disconect and that if you actualy remove anything you keep it in a static protection bag.

Go to http://realvnc.com and download the free VNC program. It is not a virus, but a program that gives you remote access to another PC. Install it on his PC and yours. Set up a password that only you know.

You can then use VNC to take control of his mouse and keyboard. You can also see whatever he is doing on his computer.

Wait until he is in the middle of a favorite game, and then just keep "nugging" the mouse so that he can't win the game. See how long it takes him to figure it out.

(Then be prepared for him to kill you)

dont put a virus on his.
1. its wrong
2. if he put a virus on your computer than he would be stupid enough to leave the internet connection enabled. the virus could spread to you.
3. theres another way. go on a gay dating site and give someone his email address.

subseven. nasty remote control trojan. you can print and make his cd drive open and close. he'll think its haunted and scream out the room. you can even make his screen turn upside down.

Edit:
This is funny. You can fool your bro into thinking his computer went into the Blue Screen of Death. Microsoft actually hosts this neat thing. It is not a virus and it installs as a screen saver. So when it goes into screen saver, it will look like the computer threw a BSOD which is the most ominous thing one can see on their computer besides a virus. haha. youtube his reaction if you can. lol:

I don't think this plan will work well in your favor because he in fact knows about computers it sounds and you don't very well. If you put a virus in his computer it wont do much to affect him cause he probably already has a block aganist them.
Try another good prank to get him! There are hundrends you can think of to get him back!

go to www.h4ck-y0u.org (on his computer) and go into the hacking tools section. Download something like a worm or a trojan, make sure his Anti Virus is off and run it. what your gonna download will PROBOBLY be in .rar form, which is a zipper, like winzip. your need winrar (just google it) to uncompress this file) if you uncompressed or directly downloaded and .exe or .ocx double click it and its running
