I did call my bank and they are taking care of the problem. Thanks for the advise

call your bank or look for the 800 number on your bank statement i just did this and got my money refunded-a lot of places will add this free membership on when you use you debit card

You have to contact the company where your account is in. For example if it's a checking account you go to that bank. If it's a credit card you call the company. Then you ask to dispute that item as fraudulent and request for it to be investigated. They should refund your money back if it's due to fraud.

You need to contact your State's attorney general's office and report this. Ask for the Consumer Protection division and speak with someone as soon as possible so they can track down the thieves if at all possible.
