Yes, Memory can be trouble at times but when time moves on, You seem to forget more about yourself. It's true.

When you're taking Vitamins E (I think) Such as Chicken, It does keep your memory from whatever what you have within your past. Especially this, Always await yourself from asking the question to someone, Even though you keep on asking the same person you are desperately willing to ask, By the time he/she says the word "What", You will forget from that point.

There is something to realise from that point. :)

Just a little helper that's all, Merry Christmas!

I consistently forget too. i'm getting sticky notes or write some words summarizing the chapters on the ingredient of the e book. Highlighting keywords and ideas and typing up notes for each financial ruin is likewise very powerful.

First you need to understand the model stage of memory. sensory just only 3 seconds, short term about 20 seconds and long term you never forget. So, if you dont want to forget, you really need to pay attention and store the information in long term memery.

My understanding of memory is, that it is common to be able to remember things more easily from way back, than to remember things that have happened recently. Maybe someone more informed than myself, could agree, or disagree.?

You are forgetting to give new room for new memory!!

^.^

Don't worry, I have similar problem,
aren't you... read a lot??
My yoga teacher told me I cling to knowledge too much, and my forgetfulness is "constipation of mind" (yuk)
Give yourself some time totally free of any information, you'll do much better. (I call them "mind break")
