If Jesus was born on December 25th, more than 2000 years ago, then he was born under the JULIAN CALENDAR. A calendar invented by the Romans.
However, this calendar did not take into account the Leap Year = 1/4 extra day per year.
Then came the GREGORIAN CALENDAR, which we use today.
Correcting for the missing days, and going backwards, this means that Jesus was born on January 4th, 0001. A.D.
So get paid on January 1st, then go shopping!!!

Joseph was a carpenter, he had to travel to Bethlehem to register for his taxes. Jesus was born in Bethlehem when Joseph was there and not working Therefore Jesus was born between paydays. Try saving money before christmas. Why should the creator of the universe change for you just because you can't save money?

The doctor did tell the mother that he would be born on the 15th, but you know what doctors are like for predicting pregnancies.

Jesus was actually born in the Spring... we just celebrate his B-day on 12/25.
Maybe you should learn to budget better.
