It's coming down in heaps right now and they're calling what we are to expect on Sunday a nor'easter so it's safe to assume there will be white stuff on the ground by the 25th but technically a "white Christmas" is when it is snowing on Christmas and in this neck o' the woods that is not something you can predict a week an'a half in advance. Heck, could be 65 degrees and sunny by then, (and I hope it is)!

Springville Utah. Last year, my first white Christmas EVER. I live in CA for 42 years. I think I have a pretty good chance. There's a snowman in my front yard now, with a Santa hat! It has elf ears.
