rocky5x5 is correct.

The most important safety factor is setting the tension of the spring. You have to be very careful performing this operation - you ( and/or others near you) can be severely injured or worse if you do it wrong.

The spring tension has to be adjusted on both sides to balance the door.

Not really a recommended DIY job.

If you bought a door with an easy tensioning spring it's a simple job. And unless your a puss you don't need two people. Follow the directions, take your time and everything will work out fine.

Big time project! very dangerous if you're not familiar with what you are doing. Especially if it is a large door. Might be better left to a professional.

Carefully.They are very tricky. One suggestion. Get an electric impact wrench for the bolts. Oh and you'll need two people.
