I went to a Monday Night game there a few years ago, it was bitterly cold. I live in Southern California so my idea of winter is wearing a T-shirt on New Years Day to the Rose Bowl Parade. Green Bay is a great football town, much like Cooperstown is to baseball and the fans were incredible. We spent a few hours tailgating with some locals, we swapped stories, they fed us and we had a great time. If you are a football fan you must go to Green Bay sometime very soon. A great sports trip.

i have driven truck through there MANY times, and it is a small town, with the tallest structure being a bridge over the bay, and from there yous can see all of the shipping port.
night life i have no idea; but wisconsin as a whole has more pubs than churches, i do know that...
oh and wisconsin probably has more white tail deer than it has people...

I've been to about 20 Packers' games, and yes, it is all Packers. It is a ghost town when the Packers are playing.

i think of Aaron Rodgers is already an particularly good QB with a solid hazard to develop right into a brilliant QB. once you think of of all the intense draft options at QB that have been complete busts (Jamarcus Russell, Alex Smith, and so on), Packers' followers would desire to be very delighted to have Rodgers as their QB. playing quarterback in the NFL is an exceedingly complicated place or perhaps a good number of serious QBs warfare initially. case in point Peyton Manning threw 26 TD and 28 INT his rookie 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. Drew Brees threw for 17 TD and sixteen INT his first 3 hundred and sixty 5 days as a starter and observed that up with 11 TD and 15 INT the subsequent 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. those adult men are possibly the two ultimate QBs in the league. learn that to Rodgers who threw for 28 TD and 13 INT final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days alongside with 4000 yards. This 3 hundred and sixty 5 days he's even stronger his numbers to 22 TD and 5 INT, and maximum heavily best the Packers into rivalry for a playoff spot. it extremely is all in spite of a unfavourable offensive line that has been deciminated by utilising injuries. With the way human beings communicate approximately David Carr's profession getting destroyed because of the fact of his porous offensive line, it extremely is in simple terms magnificent that Rodgers has been waiting to be so effective in spite of all those sacks. Rodgers' overall performance has been much extra staggering once you think approximately that he's had to handle the burden of adjusting a legend like Brett Favre.

Been there. It's just like the rest of Wisconsin. Taverns everywhere like they should be and happy people enjoying life no matter what the weather is like. Great fishing and hunting.
