this is sooo funny. went to court 2 days ago for child support cause he refused to settle out of court and of course i got my judgement and he has to pay. so as we are leaving the court room he is following me trying to talk to me about christmas and our son. anyway after all that he looks me directly in the eye and tells me that the phone # listed in the phone book & all over the internet is not his # it is the phone line that was connected to the cable modem for the internet connection we had when i still lived with him. hmmm i say... i do not think that we had a phone line connected to the cable modem for out road runner. well he says that is what at&t told me. hahaha let me ask who is the idoit here???

The point is that only a ding dong lier would actually sit and think up something as dumb as that then expect someone to actually believe it. he would have been better off calling the phone company and making his number private then saying something as dumb as that. No i never married the idoit so stop assuming thing. and the answer to my question was yes.

There is no phone line for cable Internet access. You would only need a phone line for DSL.
I guess I am not seeing the point.....
Edit: Ok, so you weren't married to him, but you have a son with him. And for whatever reason, he tells you that the phone number that is listed everywhere is for the cable modem. So what? Does it mean he is lying? We don't know. Maybe that is what he actually believes. What these people are trying to get at is that you apparently aren't the brightest bulb on the tree either if you slept with him and have a child with him. But, that is forgivable as I think most of us have slept with someone who we now just shake our heads at. Regardless - does that make him an idiot because you believe he is lying to you? Or that he doesn't realize you don't need a phone for a cable modem? Or does it make you an idiot for sleeping and procreating with him and not being able to spell idiot?
Don't put something on Answers then get all offended when you don't receive the responses for which you are looking.

Just because you got rid of him doesn't mean you should think you are so smart. The next guy will cheat on you too and who knows the next one might beat you too. Grass is not always greener on the other side. While you are laughing for the future here are the facts of life you obviously haven't learned yet:
