No, that isn't true. Obama admitted in his books that he took drugs as a youth; Hillary hasn't said anything about this. Huckabee may be right about the Mormon beliefs, but he has not condemned or criticized Romney's faith.

Nothing is as dirty as questioning the patriotism of former US Senator Max Cleland who lost 3 limbs fighting for this country. This is all school yard BS compared to that.

If sex, drugs, and rock n roll sells, why not negative campaigns? I think it's like a car accident. Everyone slows down to look at it, but will drive right past the people collecting money for charity.

Possibly.
Personally, I find McCain to be the only credible candidate who offers straight answers to straight questions and does not engage in tearing down his opponents for the temporary political advantage that might give him.
In other words, he's an honorable politician. And one of the very few, I might add!

I decided early on, those who run dirty campaigns won't get my vote. I will vote for the person who addresses what they CAN do for our country, not the person who would rather point out the other's screw-up, real or imagined.

Yes. This is what makes presidents these days, money, filth, and lies.
Whomever tells the most convincing lie wins.
