If your'e feeling unusual , and sometimes a feel of hair skin raising. Large percent that there is something in there. If the House is vacant for a year, mostly there is someone on the other side occupied it.
I suggest put on Music, and make lively you're home... This spirits will leaved in a lively environment. If possible always on youre FM music or stereo.
Getting silent, and alone will capture like frequencies with them, thats why we feel them. Ask also a local paranormal or phsychics for house clearing.
Some ghosts, maybe not from the house- maybe they followed and like you. Or maybe you have come from a haunted place, and you bring them home....

It could be or it could be that you're paranoid. Do some reasearch on the history of your property. The town hall is a good place to start. If it's a very strong feeling it probably is a ghost. Always trust your gut. Fear is just a friend who is misunderstood.

No your house is not haunted your just scary. But that's O.K. You will get over the presence thing. And If you dont than maybe their is someone in your house.

i feel the same way i been feeling like that for a lonnng time i always feel like someone is watching me every since i actually had an encounter with something i though was a spirit which is why i sleep with a light on you can call me crazy but spirits and demons do exist

When we come into this life from home (The otherside) we are aided with our spirit guide, angels, arch angels, totem and deceased loved ones who watch over us from time to time. So when your alone your really filled with plenty of entities!!!
