So that they can ask ridiculous third-grade (no offense, third graders!) nonsense, like this...

Resolved Questions in Politics
Why Libs Don't Trust Law Abiding Citizens?
Why Are Libs Tax Pushers?
Why Do Libs Love Rapists?
Why Do Libs Hate A Free America?

I think it shows that they not only know they're wrong, but that they can't handle being reminded of it.\

No wonder he hates free speech...oh, wait...

It's pathetic. It just shows narrow-minded people who are unwilling to try to understand other people's perspective. Why ask the question if you're unwilling to read the answers? People who do this are just looking for validation of their own ideas.

Not really. 3 libs have me blocked and I'm a lib. That makes me stop and wonder why,but I won't lose sleep over.

Added. One that has me blocked is up above. I'm not sure what truth they are seeking.

It's not just sad - it's human nature. And it is no accident that a good many political questions posted here are written in such a way to encourage a particular type of answer.

I have 3 people blocked:
1 started spewing lies about me in one of my questions, so he's blocked for a bit. When I feel like it I'll unblock him again.

2 blocked me first. I don't know why. I blocked them back because I don't see why they should get to read or respond to my questions when I cannot read or respond to theirs.

I have been blocked by Dead Marxist and A Bush Family Member. I cannot answer their questions. Usually it doesn't bother me as they seem to be nothing more than trolls. But there are times when you want to at least attempt to set them straight and provide them with facts and truths..... they don't seem to care. The are living in a world of deceit and don't want to know the truth. It is sad and I do feel sorry for them.

The reason I block many users is because they are either spammers or trolls who report you for breathing. That and the people I block don't have any important opinions as far as I'm concerned and blocking them allows me to easily ignore their questions/spam.

I haven't been blocked so I don't know. I tend to find it amusing to see what groupies think of what I say, but that's me. My experience has been that liberals tend to hate any speech that disagrees with them, but they haven't blocked me for it. This guy, from the questions you've included, sounds like a nut regardless of what party he's in. You should be glad he did block you in that case.

Yes, but sadder still is when they have their email off. Then they turn it on to screech some nonsense at you, then they turn it off again so you can't respond. Most of the times it's a cowardly bush supporter like dead marxist, paddy ranger o, yumascott (or one of his many YA ids)

I have no problem blocking people that I don't have any interest hearing from. I also can't stand listening to Rush, Hannity, Wiener(Savage), or dubya. There are just some people whose opinions have no value to me.

and the ones that are top contributors that get away with personal attacks..
is that because they suit the politics of the censors..or are they actually the censors themselves?
