if Obama is elected what is he going to do not take the oath of office for that requires to place his hand on the BIBLE and pledge to up hold the laws and constitution of the United States of America, and as for the one that said I am a republican I am but frankly I really don't care what party they are in as long as they hold to the there convections and do as they said they will do.
for my Christian belifes I don't know how you can seperate them from ones self for as for me that is like asking me not to breath the air.

you must be republican, God forbid you adress a real issue. Here we go with another wedge issue. Whats next prayer in school. We used to be the most respected country in the free world and the past 8 years we are dispised. So now if Obama gets the democratic nominaton we will call him a Muslim and drag out the picture of his hands by his side during the national anthem

If someone doesn't support the country they are running to represent then they automatically are a liar because to serve in office they would have to be a citizen and take an oath of allegiance to the country.

I don't have any problem with a mormon being in the White House though I could not vote for a Muslim based on how the Muslim people currently act in this country as well as the world. I know "moderate" muslims say they're against terrorism though I don't actually see any of them speaking out against the muslims that claim everyone that isn't muslim must convert or die.

What a good question. Funny how we have at least one person who is running that is against the principals this country was founded upon who was recommended by a National TV Star and like you said will not pledge allegiance under God. As to Mormons they just believe in the Bible plus their book that has extra scripture in it. So they have the same founding principals just a few more "different" ideas. Thanks for the question.

I definitely wont vote for a "man" who does not pledge allegiance...but yet he wants to be the president of the country....that is stupid. You either love this country or you dont...and I would not waste my vote on a some Obama that is probably the antichrist! LOL

Just for the record, Mormons do pledge allegiance to their country. You're confusing us with Jehovah's Witnesses.

I would fight every way legaly possible to ban anybody from public office, who would not quote the Pledge of Allegiance.
And I would not vote for a Muslim.
