I have a picture of Grady and Pronk high-fiving a player with the number 4 on the back of his jersey, but I can't figure out who it is.

I bought the picture from a catalog that could be personalized for my dad, and what they did was put his name on the back of the jersey. The number is 4, but maybe they changed the number too.

I could be wrong, but I don't believe an Indian player wore a #4 the past few years. Could there have been another number to go along with it that could not be seen in the photo shot?

Last year there was no Indians player with a number 4. However, depending on your view of the jersey, you may be looking at Victor Martinez is who is number 41. I am assuming this because I cannot imagine them high fiving a pitcher. The only other players on the Indians roster with a number 4 on their jersey are:
47 Borowski, Joe
46 Fultz, Aaron
40 Mastny, Tom
49 Mujica, Edward
54 Slocum, Brian
45 Sowers, Jeremy
24 Sizemore, Grady
48 Hafner, Travis

By the way, this is just information from 06 and last year. Sizemore and Hafner were there in 04 and 05 and I cant help you there. Sorry but I hope this helps a bit.

I'm not sure of any either, and I'm a huge Tribe fan, and number 4 is my lucky number so I would have remembered. . We did have alot of players come up and go back down from Buffalo. I will check into it.

:edit: I have no clue the rosters are all mixed up for next year already. I checked Cleveland and Buffalo's roster, unless he is in AA ball or has been traded by now.
