I don't understand why people like the PS3. It is a terrible system. Way to expensive, the online is terrible compared the Xbox live. Blu-ray isn't that special (it is a sony exclusive which is just retarded) The graphics aren't that much better then the 360s. I just don't understand what people see in it?

Actually the graphics are WORSE on PS3 than on Xbox360.

Xbox360 gets higher ratings for graphics EVERY TIME.
I owned a PS1, and PS2. But PS3 is crap. Sorry, but it is. Xbox360 comes with 20g ram, I've had my 360 since day 1 and I still have all the storage I need.
How funny the PS3 supporter above me had nothing good to say about PS3 except it can hold a lot of information. Yippee.
What are you going to do with 80 gigs of ram if game developers can store lots of information on to their blu-ray games? It's like buying a top of the line computer to play minesweeper. It just doesn't make sense.
You have to pay for xbox live but you get what you pay for, an awesome community, you can actually TALK to your friends (PS3 is still trying to get voice chat off the ground), you can hold private chats with friends, video chat, play old school arcarde games that you wont find on PS3.
PS3 doesn't even have an online community. You can go to the dashboard to download demos. This is standard for xbox360, and to do that you don't even have to pay for xboxlive!
Xboxlive has silver memberships (FREE) which let you download anything off the marketplace, whether it be movies, clips, your favorite tv shows (that you can't find on PS3), UFC fights, game demos, themes, music, music videos, you can access all of this for free.
xboxlive gold membership allows you to play online with friends. PS3 has this for free, but you can not communicate easily with friends. That sucks. I would rather pay $50 a year to have to online freedom I desire that only xbox360 can deliver.
Xbox360 works well with Microsoft media center if you link your xbox360 to your computer. This will let you transfer photos, videos, music, etc. to your xbox360. You can play your favorite music while you play your favorite games.

First of all the PS3 is not way too expensive. The 40GB PS3 just costs $50 dollars more than the 360 premium and the 80GB PS3 just costs $50 dollars more then the Elite. The pricing is just right for the PS3. And buying a PS3 you get more for your money.
Also if you think that Blu-Ray isn't anything special, how about this. Games on the PS3 such as Uncharted Drakes Fortune, Heavenly Sword and Lair are over 20GB in size and the size of the games will only get larger. Killzone 2 was 16 GB in size when it was just in the beginning stages of development. PS3 games (especially exclusives) are way larger in size, they have more detail, and are more advanced than Xbox 360 games.
Also the online for the PS3 is great and at least it's free. You Xbox 360 owners are just getting ripped off by Microsoft anyways. You have to buy the Xbox 360's 20GB hard drive for $99. For $99 I can buy a 100GB hard drive for my PS3.
Really, I don't see what the heck people see in the faulty Xbox 360. The Xbox 360 is nothing but a Original Xbox with upgraded graphics. There's no added built in features, and everything has to be bought separately and by the time you buy everything you would have spent more money than if you would have just got a PS3 in the first place.
How can you possibly support a console that has such an embrassing hardware failure rate like the Xbox 360?
And I just don't get some Xbox 360 fanboys. They're talking about how bad the PS3 is, but the majority of them had PS1's and PS2's. I mean just think about it, before the Xbox came out the majority of people had either PS1's or PS2's.
And I'm tired of Xbox 360 fanboys talking about the PS3 because they all know that the PS3 is better and the PS3 is going to have better exclusive games next year, and because the PS3's lifespan will be much longer.
If you don't see anything in the PS3 then you obviously have never owned a Sony console because if you had, you wouldn't be saying the crap that your are saying now. The Sony consoles have sold the most consoles, have the best games, and has been the most successful gaming company to date. If you don't think that the PS3 will dominate from 2008 until the end of the PS3's life cycle, you're in for a big suprise.
Enjoy sending in your 360 for repairs, I'll be playing Haze, Killzone 2, Metal Gear Solid 4, Metal Gear Online, Gran Turismo 5, The Getaway 3, Heavy Rain, Socom Confrontation, Tekken 6 and more Sony exclusive games next year. I guess you'll still be playing........ Halo 3.

graphics are way better.. its a great system with a super low failure rate unlike the 360's 33% failure rate.. its not way too expensive, its the same price as a 360 now... the psn is way more reliable than xbox live and its free... blu-ray disks dont scratch like the 360's disks do... people see potential and if you were smart ewnough to understand how much power the ps3 has then you'd like it too.

The online is free, blu-ray is awsome, and the graphics are better, even if it is only slightly.

360 doesn't have 30percent failure rate now Microsoft fixed the cooling issues and newer 65nm die.
360 at this time and near future is better the ps3 but great to have both if you can.. =o)

Ps3 can read blu-ray disks, that means that Ps3 games are better because : more space (GB)=better gameplay

i agree whit you 100% the ps3 is way to expensive and the games it has is just crap. everyone buy a xbox360 its way better
