I bought my parents tickets to hawaii in june. I am going to tell them today, and let them know i am 16 years old as well.
Any special way to tell them, or just tell them upfront?

I'm not going to ask how a 16 y/o was able to buy tickets to Hawaii... but... buy a greeting card that says Surprise or whatever the occasion is for and give it to them.

The food depends on the airline. You can go to most airline websites, and see what their menu choices are. As to how to tell them, why are you telling them today? Why not wait for Christmas. Wrap up a copy of your confirmation e-mail in a box with a rock inside and give it to them as a gift. If you don't do Christmas Parents, I would just come out and tell them that you got them a special gift. Let them ask you questions and see if they can guess what it is.

Invite mom and dad over for a "special meal" and take them to a lovely restaurant. Then "spring" the good news to them. leave the tickets in a card and stick it to the front of the refrigerator

Tell them fast and avoid nervousness. Wish you would let me adopt you but our ages wouldn't work out. You are a very sweet daughter and they know it.

wait they dont kno ur 16???? it would be cool to like give them a gift, like wrap up two lais then when there like what r these for you whip out the tickets,, have fun on ur trip!!!

I live on Oahu. Hopefully you chose another island. Oahu is not worth the money and way overcrowded. buy a card to go with it.

when I bought my family tickets to mexico I put them inside a pinata. Maybe you could put them in a pineapple??? (in a ziploc bag of course).
