I see Light skinned women as exotic, I married a biracial woman and one of my brothers married an English woman. My other brothers married Nigerians so I think beauty is truely in the eyes of the beholder.

I know you're being honest about what you and a whole lot of other men and women think about certain skin colors, My son has a preference is for Darker skinned women. While I like who whatever I'm attracted to. As long a person bleeds red blood what's the Big Deal? Looks fade right? You be Blessed Continuously okay. It's only a soul covering that is returning to dust when departure day arrives.

"Light skinned features are prettier?" I know some ugly light skinned women and some beautiful dark skinned women. If you prefer light skinned women OK that's on you, but when you turn your face up at dark skinned people and start treating them like second class citizens then yes, you are a racist.
For those of you that say light skinned women are prettier and you are black, you should be ashamed of yourselves. You can be just as light as you want but you will always be the N word to a racist that hates black people so get over yourselves.

I actually find dark-skinned women more attractive as a whole, and prefer a dark-skinned black man over a "caramel" one. I also really like white men who are fairer than me, so my tastes vary quite a bit.
To answer your question, I don't think it is wrong, it is just your preference. It is wrong when you think they are better or superior somehow because they are lighter.

Im mixed and very light and I disagree I know plenty of darker girls that are prettier then me if you perfer light over dark nothing wrong with that it's what you like I wouldn't call it racist. I think people feel this way because society potrays "light" as good and "dark" as bad been that way for a long time.
