There is no set mileage for this unless you want to carry some gas with you and find out. As a rule of thumb you should be able go approximately 30 miles give or take 5 miles.

The Chrysler 300 has a light that comes on at 1/8th of a tank, so you have quite a ways to go. You also have a trip computer that will tell you exactly haw many miles you have till empty. The real question is how many miles can you drive when the trip computer says 0 miles till empty!

The answer to that is 12 miles.

How many miles can you go? You have about one gallon of gas left. Do the math. How many miles should you go? Straight to the gas station. Running a tank to empty means you are picking up the sediment and water in the bottom of the tank and plugging up the fuel filter.

It's cold out there Marri, Dont push the "limit."
Running on an empty tank will build up condensation in your
tank, and you will get fuel line freeze-up. Stuck in the middle of
nowhere. <}:-})

check you owners manual, it will tell you how many gallons are left in your tank when the light comes on, then you need to guesstimate on the mpg depending on how you drive.....
