St. Louis because they were so decimated by injury this season the high draft pick will only help to make a strong team stronger, if they can stay healthy. Also playing in the NFC West will help their chances of a good record.

I think the Rams will have a new head coach which may be good or bad. Miami, Oakland, Kansas City, NY Jets and the SF 49ers are beyond a one year turn around. The Ravens and the Rams could bounce back, I would say the most likely would be the Ravens.

Of the teams you've listed, I'm going to go with the Raiders.... they had a sneakily tough schedule, and they have some young/developing players. I think they will start playing better as they get older, and with a couple of good draft picks and/or free agent pickups, they could surprise a few teams next season.
The team that will most benefit from an easier schedule will probably be the Eagles - They have had a brutal one this season, and they have lost a lot of close games (0-5 in games determined by less than a TD). They have only played two games against teams that are out of the playoff hunt, and more than likely, half of their games will have been against teams that make the playoffs. Assuming they keep the team together, they should compete for a playoff spot next season.

I would say oakland and ravens, not because they have the best records out of the group, but because they have the best potential for growth. But if i had to pick one I would say Oakland, they have the best young team out of the group and are getting better every game and will have success in a competitive yet weak division. I think all of the other teams listed will have long seasons unless drastic changes are made.

Rams, I think the injuries did them in more then anything.
As to the Jets and Dolphins, they are still in a tough division. The NFC West is getting better, but I think Rams can still take advantage of it, depending what AFC Conference they are playing.

Probably the Jets. They were a playoff team last year, so they have a 2nd place schedule this year. And while I don't know which NFC Division the AFC East will be playing next year, it won't be the North (who they played last year) or the East, so chances are their inter-conference schedule will be easier than this year as well.

I would say the Arizona Card's I know they are not on your list but that division is the weakest in my opinion and they are on the rise to be a possible dominate force to contend for a divisional championship

if you dont know what it means...dont answer the question...
dolphins and jets are in the patriots division. so thats two losses for each of them. i would say the rams and 49ers because of weak divisions.
