Exactly when and under what circumstances did obama convert from a muslim to a christian?

Was Obama ever a Muslim. I'll try to get curious enough about to look into it, but people change their religious beliefs sometimes and it's like no big deal.

Obama never was a muslim. He attended Catholic and muslim schools as a child, but the doctrine never took hold.

Christian, Conservative, Republican, Rush Listening, Fox News watching, woman here. About the only place I have seen anything about Obama being Muslim is on YA. Everything I have read says no, and I believe the man says he's a Christian. Far too many people are getting their information on line and not bothering to look elsewhere, they hear something negative and run and repeat it, as evidenced on YA. I would suggest that everyone check and recheck your sources, and don't lean so heavily on the Internet as a source. For those who slam Fox News, or Rush, I have never heard any accusations about Obama on either. You might want to set aside your personal bias and try listening to them once and a while. Thanks

When he was old enough to choose his religion he chose Christianity. People who choose a faith it are typically more devote then people who were born in to it!!

He went to a private Muslim school as a child in the Philippines for a couple years. Why did he do it, He was grade schooler and well being as they were foreigners he had to go to private school instead of public.

I went to Catholic school and not every one was Catholic there and most are not any more!!!

It's all in his book and biography. Get it from the library and read it. He was never muslim, his father was but never practiced. His mother came from a christian family but was an agnostic.

Obama was never a muslim.

He attended a public school for two years in Indonesia that was largely muslim, but it was not a religious school. Most students in our schools are christian, but that doesn't mean christianity is preached in these schools.

I saw a story about this school Obama attended. I saw a bunch of kids in neat uniforms, not the type of islamic terrorist madrassa cons are trying to portray it as.
