I assume you're asking if our world could be transformed into that, not if some such world exists elsewhere in the universe already. My answer is no. The homo sapien species is simply not capable of that, psychologically, societally, or biologically. Maybe tens of thousands of years from now when we have evolved into a different species . . .

Possible? Maybe.
Probable? No.
As long as there is diversity, there will always be the potential for dissention. Only through complete uniformity could we ever be free of the seeds of conflict, and who wants THAT?

There is NO HINT of an argument that life could and should be better than it is, but a totally idyllic existence with NO conflicts is not the desired end one might think it would be.
It is by facing and overcoming challenges that we learn and grow - both as individuals and as a culture.
My spiritual studies have revealed that life in our physical universe is basically intended to be a learning experience. Each new lifetime is like a new school year and the spans between incarnations are comparable to summer vacation periods.
How much would we learn if we went back to class without any lessons or textbooks? I think we can all be pretty sure that would never be allowed to happen.

Alexander the Great is said to have cried in frustration when he thought there was no more of the world left to conquer.

I once saw a TV show (which might have been an old episode of "The Twilight Zone", but I'm not sure) about a sleazy gambler who died. He found himself in a place where he always had pretty girls hanging on his arm, always had the finest food and drink available and won every game of chance he played. This NEVER varied - he ALWAYS won at EVERYTHING! Although he really LOVED it at first, with the element of chance gone from his games, he lost interest after a while and became miserably bored.
Finally, he sought out an "authority figure" of some kind and made a very strange request.
He said he was tired of it all and wanted to try life in Hell for a while. His companion just stared blankly at him for a few moments and then replied, "Just WHERE do you THINK you are NOW?"
