no i am not ignorant cuz you are..in turkey they call it turban or headscarf. dont talk large.ok?

No not all of them.

PS. I think only Turkish people call that headscarf "turban",therefore you know turkish and so that not everyone covers their head. I strongly suspect that you are a troll.

Most women don't wear a headscarf or whatever. A turban has a very particular meaning referring to something that men wear, in English.

No, Turkey is a secular government, we don't have official religion. Most of us are more interested in science than religion. Women are free to wear what they want. There are people who wear turban but most of the women don't wear turban.
We are strong, selfconfident, we work, we love wearing beautiful clothes and we certainly love our hair and we are not afraid to show our hair.
Wearing turban doesn't make you a better person how you help others make you a better and respectable person and i think Turkish women know that very well.

I could be wrong but I don't think so. Caught a History Channel show the other day about subterranean buildings in Turkey and the mayor of the town was a woman and sure didn't wear any sort of hair covering. Her hair was long and loose.

No, absolutely not! As the posters said above, Turkey is a secular country. While most people are Muslim, it's a very "Western" culture and most women are free to do whatever they want.

faith and state are separate in Turkey. women at the instant are not allowed to placed on headscarves in college, universities etc. the religion additionally stipulates that alcohol could be ate up for medicinal applications, even a broken coronary heart;)
