where theres no plexi-glass and the fans wear helmets and pads especially in the first few rows.And then when the players get along the boards you can throw checks and punches.This will create a great game what do you think?

Wow, not only will that be extremely dangerous for everyone in the building, that'll increase civil suits exponentially and the NHL would be forced to fold. People like to sue for practically anything, especially entities with a lot of money. Those plexi-glass and giant netting behind the goalies are not only for safety, but to prevent people from taking them to court. You have to remember that, no matter what anyone says, human beings are animals (worse than animals sometimes), and you need some kind of barrier to keep them in check, much like the wildlife at the zoo.

Someone said Rollerball. I so wished that it would become a real sport back when the first movie came out - minus the killing of course.
What would be interesting is if the fans were able to vote for who gets the shootout attempts.
And, the fans should get to whip the referees with those long foam cylinders as they make their way down the tunnel after the game.

I got this great idea too. To get people going back to the zoo we allow them in the cages with the likes of the Polar Bear, Tiger, Cobra and Rhinoceros etc. You'll be able to feed them from your hand, pet them, ride them and have your picture taken with them up close.
Should be lots of fun.

ugh...i am totally sick of people trying to change the great game that hockey is already......all these new rules suck a**! And that really does sound like any Junior league game I have ever been to anyways......
