MLB.com has already said they will post the names once the conference starts and Mitchell has finished his report to the media.

Well they were saying it is supposed to be online, so I'm guess after 2 or so it will be put up at ESPN or MLB or something.

By the time the report is over, there should be a huge list compiled on MLB list.
