Sounds great. And certainly cheap. I like the idea of a gory death in a ball of fire, especially if I have arrears on my sub-prime mortgage and a nagging wife.

No I wouldn't, but then again I wouldn't live in Bethnal Green full stop. To be honest, the chance of a gas explosion happening is probably less likely than the chance that you'd get stabbed on your way home from work.

I love smoking whilst barbecuing and having a bonfire with some fireworks, so I guess I won't be buying a house there.
