No, he is not a "punk". He is an outside party commissioned by Major League Baseball to uncover the culture of drug use in the sport.
If Jason Varitek was listed, would you then dismiss the conflict of interest assumption?

Selig is the bigger punk. This guy turned his head the other way for several years and now he wants to show that he's against steroid use and let's not forget that Selig is connected to the Milwaukee Brewers.

I'm tired of hearing about "the Mitchell Report"...who cares about "the Mitchell Report"........so lame. The media are such tools. They love this s^@t. hahaha Baseball sucks because of "the Mitchell Report" not because of steroids.

Mr. Mitchell was appointed by Congress so Congress COULD focus on other things, boy; he is a RETIRED senator.

He wasn't doing this as part of Congress, and actually isn't a member of Congress(FORMER CONGRESSMAN means he isn't in Congress). He was brought in by Bud Selig to do this.
