I am in the Associates in Health Care Administration through University of Phoenix and I am not that satisfied with the quality of education and the instructors credibility seems questionable.

I want to continue in the Health Care Administrator's program. I want to earn a Master's. However, I would like to do this through a better college.

Any college's or ideas would help me greatly, thank you!

While several such programs (see Columbia, e.g.) offer individual courses online, I don't think that any currently offer degrees that way. Furthermore, if you could find a program that would do this, the entrance requirements would have to be the same as those of the traditional university to avoid diluting the school's reputation, so unless you have a near-perfect high school GPA and SAT score, you wouldn't be able to get in.

I can sympathize, however, with your concerns with the U. of P. There may very well be a middle ground out there - a recognized, but not elite, school, that does offer such a program online. You might want to look at some of the state universities in more remote locations, which have used online programs as a way of maintaining enrollments despite less than perfect physical locations.
