The veto defenders seem to question if kids have the mental capacity. What do you think?

Pelosi is the Speaker of the House. Hoyer is the Majority leader. It's sad that you didn't know that.

Well, since George decided that the best way to leave no child behind was to leave them all behind in education. Many unfortunately won't be smart enough to know it.

But intelligence shouldn't dictate if they receive care or not anyway.

First of all, NO KIDS WILL BE DUMPED, only wealthy kids will have to count on their parents to do their job and pay for it them selves.
It would be a lie to say any kids are being dumped from the SCHIP program.
Stop propagandizing and be factual or stop talking.
Seems you don't have the mental capacity to tell the truth.

"Expansion" means that the new bill would have included people who are not currently eligible. So, no one would be getting dumped from their current plan. Did you know that there is a large number of kids who are eligible, but whose parents have not signed them up for the program. These kids are also counted when they calculate who doesn't have insurance......
