It is not a sign of weakness... it's just a sensitive feeling. Not everyone may be ticklish, but I happen to be very ticklish. And actually it's a lot of fun to be tickled.

I think that is it actually factual that there are some people who are not ticklish. In some cases the sensation which would tickle others just doesn't tickle them and in other cases, they have learned to control their reactions.
That said, there are many people who actually love to tickle and be tickled playfully and consensually. I do not think that this makes them weak in any way. For these people (myself included) it is simply a physical pleasure.
There are other people who are way too ticklish to enjoy tickling and these people my actually feel pain when they are being tickled. It is not necessarily a sigh of weakness - it just means that the nerve endings under their skin is more sensitive than yours.

Ticklish and proud. :) I think most people are ticklish but some can control it better than others.

idk if everyone is ticklish.....for me it just depends on who is tickling me if it is someone that i don't know or someone i don't like i find it very annoying and not ticklish at all but if it is a person that i am comfortable with or some one i like then it is very ticklish and kinda fun.....maybe u just haven't met the right person to be tickled by...lol
