All employees seem to shed civil liberties by the ton when employed in the US - drug tests are mandatory in the majority of entry-level jobs, for example. They can be fired "at will", meaning a pregnant woman can easily be fired for swearing on the same day she happens to announce the pregnancy. They can be forced to work overtime, or work hours that they were not hired to work in the first place, making life lousy for anyone with children. The can be subjected to searches while at work, and there is no right to bathroom breaks or minimum wage for millions of welfare-to-work employees.
Most of these problems are only secondly "womens' issues". They are by and large, workers' rights issues. But we have along way to go until the majority of us have proper civil rights while at work.

None. Any employer who makes anyone give up civil liberties for work sure isn't much of an employer.

I don't understand your question. The only right I've given up by working is the right to sip margaritas while I recline on my lazy bum all day working on my tan. It really hurt to give that up but what are you going to do?

depends on the job and the country it is in... but suffice to say that she has to give up her rights at least to the extent that a male with the same job does and generally has more stringent grooming expectations, lower wages, is talked down to more, is generally scrutinized more, may loose her job if she becomes pregnant, may have to endure sexual harassment, and has a lower likelihood of promotion no matter what her qualifications.

They don't have to give up any rights. If you mean the children thing, then it's their choice whether they decide to stop working when they have children or do both, or not have any at all.

The right do dress as they please. In the workplace you have to take into account that you may be dealing with the public and the fact that others may find some things offensive.
