Nope. When a program is installed, it unpacks a lot of files, and also writes data into the operating system. If these files and data are not found, then the game won't run.

You'd have to have the install files on your flash drive and install on the computer from there.

You can do that with the game's installation program, you can't do it with an installed game. (You're copying the game, but you're not copying the installation.) We can't post a shortcut because shortcuts aren't human readable text. (Downloading from the internet to a flash drive is VERY slow. Downloading to the hard drive, then copying to the flash drive is a lot faster.)

YES you Can.Ignore the morons above (except the one right above me) Just make sure you download it directly onto the flsh dive. And make sure your flash drive is big enough. I have done it before. It will run slow if you play directly off the flash drive. If you load it on to the drive and then put on to the other computer it should work.(depends on what game and what type of files are downloaded).

Usually, no. For Windows systems, installation often involves establish registry settings for game configuration. When you move your flash drive to another system, those registry settings won't be there.

If the game (or any application for that matter) is self-contained, or stores its configuration in the same directory structure as the executable and other assets, then it would be possible to move them from machine to machine.

You could, but I wouldnt recommend it because 1. It'd run slower, 2. If it was meant to be NOT installed on a Flash drive, you could kill your Flash drive quickly (like 100,000 writes on each sector I think), 3. If the Flash drive gets unplugged or disconnected while it is being written to (i.e. you don't eject it properly) then data will get corrupted. One option is to look at mojopac.

you can download the game TO your flash drive, or preferably to your hard drive and then copy this file to the flash, and use it to install the game on other computers.

If you install the game TO the flash drive, it will only work on the computer that you originally installed the game on.
