A person I consider rich is those who can pay for their house and car in cash, and still have enough left over to pay live on. I don't have a number for you, I assume somewhere around $500,000/ year would make someone rich, compared to me. But like I said, if you have to borrow money to buy a house, you're not rich, you're making somebody else rich.

I would have to say if a person is worth 100 million dollars then they are rich. I would like to be worth that much one day. I only make 6 figures annually so I have a LONG way to go.

Well it depends on alot of things really..
For me personally i would consider myself rich if I made $200,000 annually.. but I don't have that many bills and I live in the country where things are still reasonably priced.. We make it on less than that now but we manage and we don't have to do without. I consider myself rich in other ways..

To have a successful, effective life, the person who has a good career, that the person loves. Enough money to travel now and then. Friends and relatives to support the person and a feeling that their tenancy on earth contributed to the well being of the world.

I reckon about 5-6 Million would be rich. I think below that you cannot live the lifestyle on the interest.

Hmmm. Rich. I think that if someone has enough money in the bank at all times to purchase whatever it is that they wanted without having to think about the consequences of spending their money...then they are rich.
Man, I want to be rich!!!

When they can go food shopping and not worry what the cost will be, then that's when I consider them rich in one aspect.....
I would say having a Million Dollars works~!

depends on their obligations. one can be rich making 100 bucks a week if they live in a tent. its all relative. but to answer the way you want, I would say about 250,000 per year is doing pretty well, and I would consider that rich.

Six figure annual salaries. I think someone who makes on or above $100,000 a year is rich. I also think that someone who makes at least $75,000 a year is well off.
