I am looking to try and constuct some plastic objects that I have in molds. I need the polmer mix to be able to be liquid when heated or alone and then add something or heat to make it a hard, malleable and not brittle plastic. Also fairly light.

Would Polyurathane work?

Polymer "clay" available at most art-stores might be what you are looking for. These clays are malleable (at room temperature) until you heat them (at the specified temperature for the specified time), then they become hard and relatively non-brittle.
