Sir, Actually it should depend upon the ability of a person's brain taking independent, logical,mature and right decisions which should not be emotionally biased.
Biologically speaking it should not be less than 20 years.
Full development of brain takes that much of time.

Otherwise lowering the age for catching more immature voters will further harm our country as its going on. Young generation mob is just like herd of sheep which can be easily misled to a wrong direction by our very very matured crooked and wicked political leaders.
