I made a website on freewebs, and submitted it to google. I then deleted it, but when i search on google you still get the result. I really need to delete the google entry, so that it doesn't come up on google. Please help

Can't do it, until the "googlebot" wanders around and re-indexes the websites, which it does periodically.

Even then, your result may appear in OTHER search results, like say, Yahoo! and MSN! and Ask! and Dogpile, as each has its own "bot" that goes around the web searching for websites and indexing them for folks to find in their search queries. It may take quite awhile to get your website to quit showing up.

(For an example, I renamed one darned file in my website 6 months ago, and the old name is still showing up in some search results even today!)

There is an arrow at the end of the word Google, click on it and a drop down menu is suppose to appear, and there you have the options of google home page, options, clear search history and help. Hope this helps ya!

Contact Google and tell them the situation. They may remove it for you. I can't guarantee you they will but it is worth a try.
