How many contacts do you have on Y/A ?

Wow, I just checked ans I have 44. I think that's a bit much. I'd say half of those added me, and I probably added half. Some of them I know for a fact don't even come on Answers anymore, but I haven't removed them, just out of sentimental value. There are about 8 of them whose starred and asked questions I answer on a regular basis. Two I communicate sporadically, and one (my favourite) who I correspond with just about every day. I had never corresponded with someone via e-mail regularly until I met this contact on Answers, ans I'm very glad it's happened. She's just a wonderful person.

I typically wont add someone unless they add me first, or if I ask them. I just dont make the first "move."

115 contacts and 78 fans...doing the math tells me that I have about 37 deleted profiles in my contact file. Yes I cautiously talk to them by answering. Only 2 of them on an every day basis...they have my phone numbers.

I don't know, maybe 100. I chop the list down regularly. I only try to keep people I actually talk to.

I have 15, but there is only one that I talk to. This contact is great and makes it easy to correspond. Its good, a new friend :))

i have 3 and they asked for me to add them and i did. we leave little messages for each other. that's about it
