Don't bring him into your house. The change in temp can kill him. Think below freezing outside to nice a warm inside. If you cam, put him in a garage or shed. Stuff his hutch with hay and straw. For the water bottle, you can wrap it in fleece or something to help keep it warm, but providing a bowl can help as your rabbit can break a thin layer of ice if he needs to. In winter, you need to provide fresh water several times a day just to keep it from freezing. Rabbits can live outside in the winter but they need some extra stuff.
If the weather gets to be above freezing, at least 5*C, then bring him in for a bit to help him get used to the temp, then you can eventually bring him in for the winter.

Don't give him a hot water bottle, because as it cools down so will your rabbit, just give him loads of bedding that he can burrow in to.

depending on his age? try a box with hay and maybe a heat lamp. Gradually warming him up and bringing him indoors wouldn't be a bad idea and would make for a happy bunny for the rest of the winter.
