I had a teacher in high school that told me that he would rather break up a fight between to male football players than get in between two women. Also, women are more vicious than men, and we hold grudges too. I've known a few guys that have gotten into fist fights and then are best friends a week later.

I'm a woman and I've never used hair pulling, biting, or scratching. I fight fair. I've never actually known any woman who fought like that but that's probably cuz all my female fiends have a back bone and aren't afraid to stand up for themselves and get the respect they're deserved after fighting fair. I don't agree with fighting but sometimes its unavoidable and I wouldn't respect any woman who fought dirty. The same goes for the guys. I suppose theoretically women use the scratching and biting to fight dirty but it's also more common for guys to fight dirty by throwing things into an opponents eyes or pulling out a weapon, or grabbing something to use as a makeshift weapon, in a fist fight so in my opinion neither men nor women are more likely to fight dirty. I think it depends on the person.

I think women fight dirtier thn men - men have the actual fight and get it over with. Women back stab and continue the fight through slander etc for ages after!! Plus the hair pulling and nail scratching on top of the hitting??

It depends on the fight, but verbally I think men do and physically I think women do.
