Bigamy is still unlawful and I think it has a rather stiff penalty if convicted. Is it possible they are just considering theirselves married but without legal papeers? Also is it possible that he divorced you without your knowledge? I did this to my first husband he wouldn't respond so my attorney ran it in a newspaper and he didn't show up to contest so they granted it. He didn't know for almost 2 years he was divorced. I really don't think it is in anyones best interest including yours to hold on to this though I would let it go.

If you have never been legally divorced then he is not legally married to the other person and it would be considered bigamy. What you choose to do with that information is up to you.

You may want to contact him and remind him that his current relationship is not a marriage since no DIVORCE papers have been signed. You need to fix this so nothing comes back on you in regards to him. Contact a lawyer if he refruses to talk to you, he can't say no when contacted from the local athorities. Besides, I am pretty sure his current relationship would like to know she isn't a MRS. Best Wishes and Happy Holidays

You haven't care enough for this man to even divorce him, why do you care now? Get a quickie divorce and give him his freedom. She's not his wife, if he's still legally married to you. A kind and generous gift to this man who has moved on would be to not create a problem for him and his family. Do the right thing.

Hunny, actually yes they do. You should get a divorce, the reason is for the child. What a shame if something should have to your (husband) and the new wife, I am sure she dosen't know. Have you searched online to see if he got one on his own, he can do that. Good Luck

If you are still legally married then your husband can not be legally married to another woman. You need to get a divorce and your husband can end up in prison and you will have to get in touch with law enforcement to find out what can be done.

Nope they don't. Are you sure you aren't divorced and YOU don't know it. It happens a lot. He could have filed in another state. You don't always have to be there. Besides you need to let it drop. He has a wife and child. Are you still that angry?
