A pillow under the bum for a while after the "baby dancing" can help a bit, but as many teenagers end up preggers after one of those "You can't get pregnant if you do it standing up" mistakes . . . IT DOES not ALL leak out

Also it's not sperm leaking out, it's semen which is different . . . It's merely the carrying fluid

Theories are that sperm take anywhere from 40 second to 40 minutes to travel to the egg. Laying down for 40 minutes after can't hurt. It's good "cuddling time". LOL! We've been TTC since July but I didn't start using an OPK until November. Boy was I off on my ovulation time!!! I don't ovulate until around CD 20 rather that CD 14 like is "standard". This could be why your having troubles. Thy an OPK.

Good luck and Baby dust!

It takes time to ake a baby. It took me a few months and I gave up.... turns out the next month I was pregnant. Try taking a break from really trying and just enjoy yourself and life right now. Also try to figure out when you would be most likely to conceive. Every woman is different. And fyi.... I never layed there after my husband and I tried. I felt nasty lol. But I'm sure some people do but I couldn't bring myself to do that.

It is thought that it helps if you lay for about 20 minutes, but seriously, I'm sure almost every woman on Yahoo will say they are pregnant and didn't lay there after.

If you and your partner are trying to conceive, the best approach would probably be to allow him to climax while he is as far inside you as possible. After the two of you have finished, try to keep as much inside you as you can, as sperm can travel quite quickly, and once the semen reaches past your cervix, the sperm will travel easier and not come out as much. This greatly increses chances of successfully conceiving.

Good luck and best wishes!
