I work two jobs and in part to make money to buy gifts whether it be Christmas or birthdays. I am not old enough to retire yet, though, 2 more years!

My part time job went south in July and I am just now getting things lined out to be able to resume it after the first of the year. It seems that Santa has been on a crash diet this year and will be verrry skinny around our home this year.

Luckily I work from home for my husband via the computer and tend to grandchildren. I am blessed in no longer having to battle traffic and office politics. I have fibro and still being able to work is nice. If it wasn't for the way my life has turned out I'm afraid I'd be living on disability in a rent controlled apartment.

My part time job has been put on hold for awhile. This year we decided as a family not to exchange gifts. We will have the traditional dinner and we will all be together, and that will be the best gift I could ever want.
