If you're looking to finish something yourself, you should use 4'x8'x1/2" sheets ( $ 5.75 + local tax ) the cheapest that it has been in years. It depends on what store you are in. Are you talking about green (water proof) board and what thickness. What part of the country do you live in. If you live in CA. it is going to more expensive thatn any other part of the country.
