How does Neopets track your computer info?

For example, someone was playing a game called Whack-a-kass. When they left, I got onto the computer, deleted all cookies, changed IP address, logged off, and played the exact same game. And somehow the site still "remembers" all the data from the last play. How is this possible?

It's associated with your account, not your computer or cookies placed on it. Log on a public computer and it'll still remember your info.
