I can have something good to get out and then get interrupted and when I come back to it I am like "NOW WHERE WAS I GOING WITH THIS!!" or I can read something and quickly respond and then when I reread it again, I get a totally different outlook to what I originally responded. Like how did I misinterpret this when it says the same thing that I just read 5 minutes ago...

That's why the barbell is dual sided...It's not supposed to come out. But it's not at the tip. It's a little further back to protect my teeth.
