Sounds like she might need a little refresher training on how much real work is actually acceptable. Tell her all your projects are over budget and there are not enough resources on any of them. Tell her you have to spend the rest of the day on your computer re-running some figures and you are not to be disturbed. Then spend all your time on Answers.

Yeah. I have the same complaint. My boss is constantly emailing me with crap to do, stuff to correct and even with bloody deadlines. Can you believe it? Chri*t! it's almost like working. Well...not really, since I still get to drink while I work and nobody else gets to do that except politicians and lawyers. If I didn't have him bothering me, I could just play all day, everyday, feed the cat, stand on the balcony in the cold, go to the bars, play Halo, Madden football. My life could be so full of promise!

I completely feel for you! My boss has had me working on "special projects" all day. I guess that will teach me to get all my work finished in a timely manner! This is the first opportunity I've had to answer a question all day!
