Nuts of any kind, including pseudo-nuts like Peanuts. Ever read a label of Peanut Butter, that American product extraordinaire, and invented by a Black scientist George Washinton Carver. In the USA by law all food products must be labelled with caloric and nutrition data. Peanut Butter runs about 80+% FAT about 10% Protein and 10% crud.
You want to get fat really really fast, eat Canola oil or the like which is 100% PURE FAT!
Some much for those ding-dongs, like my sister who suffers from the delusion that only animals produce fats. Sorry folks, plants do too in liquid form, usually called OILs. The Olive Oil produced in Israel is also 100% pure fat!
That's why a vegetarian can be obese just the same as a fan of McDonald's Big Macks!

Fish have omega fatty acids that have certain benefits such as lowering a person's risk for coronary heart disease.

Carbohydrate is converted to fat in the body. Desserts are main source of extra calories.
