I have some of this used for gluing. It works great and is very strong. You MUST use moisture for it to work. You can apply the moisture (water) before or after applying the urethane. It expands as it sets and is great for parts with a poor fit. I use a spray bottle and it does the job.

Its urethane that will cure in a high moisture environment.

It is glue that uses the moisture IN THE AIR to cure. You can speed that process by spraying it, but remember that you also decrease the bonding strength when you do so.
