I have a blouse that says to wash in the gentle cycle and to line dry. Do you think it would be alright to fluff air (no heat) the blouse?

Yes, air fluff would be acceptable, but cheaper (save electricity) to place the blouse on a plastic hanger and let dry naturaly

That would be fine, or you can hang it in your bathroom on the shower rod if u have one that is, and maybe u have central heating so hang it over the vent . Just for faster drying.
