I find the bone in the nose quite fascinating.
When someones face has turned into a skull after death there never seems to be enough bone to make a proper nose

How that third arm just magically grows when you get excited ... what fascinates me is that it has no fingers and can't carry too much. It seems to have a wrist but no elbow.
