I inserted a map into a document in Word. When I printed only the names of the cities showed, no boundaries, roads, rivers, etc.
I am printing on a HP PSC750xi.
The map only needs to be in grey scale so I did not print, or try to print, in color. (Also my color cartridge needs replacing, new one is on order.)
What do I need to change/check to make the map print within the document?

I would suspect that if the names were printed in the right places from the original image, that what happened was that your printer tried to print using the color cartridge and no ink was available. My Epson printer refuses to print if any of the ink supplies are empty, but I noticed when I was printing in grey scale yesterday that the printer was building the grey by laying down bands of color when I could see the various passes of the print head.
